We are currently looking for assistants and clerical staff and people with experience in detailed design and site management.We welcome applicants who have a Architect license.
Applicants with experience in design, but can only work a certain amount of time, such as those with children, are also encouraged to contact us with their availability (experience in detailed design and site management for minimum 4-5 years is required).

Regular staff
・Fluent Japanese/English speakers
・Applicants must be able to respond to challenges with flexibility and positivity
・Paid vacation, New Year holidays, summer holidays and Golden Week holidays available
・Social insurances are included, All expenses for art appreciation (exhibitions, plays, etc.) will be covered by our company, as well as expense subsidies for lunch/café and relaxation (massages) etc.
・After the selection process which includes document review and an interview, there will be a 1-3 month probation period (with pay) before the commencement of employment.

Architectural designer 1
・At least 2 years of experience in detailed design. Applicants must have experience in detailed design and site management.
・Must be able to work in Japanese / English.
※Japanese applicants must have a minimum TOEIC score of 750; overseas applicants must have a minimum Grade N1 in Japanese-Language Proficiency Test（Business level Japanese is required.）
・Necessary skills: AutoCAD, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign（If you have experience using Rhinoceros, your chances of being hired will increase.）
Salary: 250,000 – 350,000 Yen, with salary increase and bonus, transport expenses covered separately.
Working days: Monday to Saturday (One Saturday a month, as well as Sunday and national holidays are days off)

Architectural designer 2
・At least 5 years of experience in detailed design. Applicants must have experience in detailed design and site management.
・Must be able to work in Japanese / English.
＊Japanese applicants must have a minimum TOEIC score of 750; overseas applicants must have a minimum Grade N1 in Japanese-Language Proficiency Test（Business level Japanese is required.）
・Necessary skills: AutoCAD, Rhinoceros,Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
Salary: 300,000 – 500,000 Yen, with salary increase and bonus, transport expenses covered separately.
Working days: Monday to Saturday (One Saturday a month, as well as Sunday and national holidays are days off)

Open desk
Currently attending, or have graduated from a postgraduate school in Architecture, or a related course.
Required skill: AutoCAD, Rhinoceros, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
Applicants must provide a portfolio
Applicants must be able to communicate in a polite and positive manner
Applicants must be able to work for at least 6 months (from 2 days a week)
Reward: 1100 Yen/hour, with 500 Yen for transport expenses

Internship
Currently attending, or have graduated from a postgraduate school in Architecture, or a related course.
Required skill: AutoCAD, Rhinoceros, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
Applicants must provide a portfolio
Applicants must be able to communicate in a polite and positive manner
Working days: Monday to Friday
Applicants must be able to work for at least 1 month
