A residential development project in Niseko. The site is adjacent to Niseko village golf course. That’s why, the site appeals its excellent location to activities in Summer and Winter. We tried to add soft architectural rules in order to create harmonious relationship among 38 plots buildings. Such as “Deep eave for building entrance for safety”, “Equipment location guide to prevent snow damage” and so on. We believe that richness of group architecture is obtained from the honest gestures toward nature.
There will be a small building which has function of water supply and signboard of the development at the entrance parts. The building will appear its uniqueness due to such pure functions.
