A residential development project in Niseko. Approximately one hundred thousand square mater site is located in deep forest and covered by three rivers having great views from cliff edge. We aimed to discover environmental character for each plots by applying an efficient zoning plan creating 39 plots without cutting the existing forest as possible.
There will be a club house building at the center of the development site which is integrated with ground like a hill. This hill building to be a main public space of the development site and town and to be worked as a buffer void for residentials.
